My Job

I work with children and young people to find out what they are good at and what they find hard.

I use this information to work with all of the adults in their lives to think of ways to help them get even better at things they are good at and to make things they find hard easier.

My job is as an Assistant Educational Psychologist, but you can just call me Becky.

What we might do together

When I come to meet you, I will introduce myself and tell you what we might do together.

This might be a chat about you, what is important to you, what you like and don’t like. We might also play some games, do some drawing, questionnaires or tests together.

What happens if you don’t want to work with me

If you don’t want to meet me or do any work, you don’t have to. We will only meet if you want to and do as much as you are happy to.

If you have any questions, you can ask me or an adult in school.
