Senior Leader Consultant / Early Years and SLT Supervisor

Currently director of an outstanding outdoor nursery, Lilian was a school leader for 26 years, focusing on vulnerable learners being at the centre of school. As such Lilian has a keen awareness of the realities of leading mainstream establishments which provide for vulnerable learners and she supports schools in this area through consultation, supervision and mediation.

On the national stage, Lilian has chaired the Association of School and College Leaders “Ethics, Inclusion and Equalities Committee”, working with the DFE and other agencies across the UK to support inclusion.

My Job

 

It’s my job to talk to the adults in school – staff, parents and carers to help make school a happier, more successful place for you.

Most of the time I will be chatting to adults but sometimes it would be nice to say hello to you and hear about your learning.

What happens if you don’t want to work with me

 

If you or any of the adults don’t want to speak to me, that’s ok. I will only meet with someone if they are happy to meet with me.
