Meet Nigel Sharphouse

Nigel graduated in 1989 with an Honours degree from Teesside Polytechnic in Civil Engineering. After graduating he worked in construction developing his career from site engineering to finally working as Project Director responsible for the Building Schools for the Future projects in East Lancashire.
Nigel joined the business in 2010 on a part-time basis responsible for managing the business’s finances, invoicing, and paying bills and accounts.
As the business has matured and grown Nigel now works full time and is responsible for HR and assisting with recruitment.
Nigel secured the company’s position as a Sponsor with the UK Home Office enabling the Company to offer Certificates of Sponsorship for qualified Educational Psychologists who are not citizens of the UK or Europe. This has enabled the company to recruit successfully from overseas.
