My Job
I work with children and young people to help them understand their feelings better.
I bring lots of different things, like sand, clay, arts and crafts, books and puppets for you to use in any way you like. Together I help you work through any worries you have and help you understand your behaviour and feelings.
My job is called a Play Therapist, but you can just call me Tracy.
.
What we might do together
When I come to meet you, I will introduce myself and show you the room we will use and the tool kit I bring.
We might chat about things, but it’s okay if you don’t want to talk. I bring lots of things with me that you can use to play with.
What happens if you don’t want to work with me
If you don’t want to meet me or do any work, you don’t have to. We will only meet if you want to and do as much as you are happy to.
If you have any questions, you can ask me or an adult in school.
